Dian Bella Ester (“Didi”) joined RMP Law Firm as a Partner who brings more than 10 years’ experience as a lawyer. She has vast experience in Corporate and Commercial transactions, advising and representing local and multinational companies, across various sectors and jurisdictions.
She has been involved in various complex and high-profile transactions in the areas of local and foreign investment company establishment, navigating Indonesia’s ever-evolving investment law and implementation, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
Didi holds a Bachelor of Laws in Business Law from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Didi is licensed advocate and a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and successfully conducted Basic Education for Capital Market Lawyers by Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal (HKHPM). She is eligible to conduct legal practice in every city in Indonesia, and is professionally proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
