Ezra Putri Yosara Mareta (“Ezra”) is an expert at managing all aspects of Intellectual Property Law, including Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and related Intellectual Property Agreements. With a deep understanding of both domestic and international Intellectual Property law, she offers strategic advice to clients ranging from small to large multinational corporations across various industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, media, and entertainment.

With a comprehensive background in handling complex contentious and non-contentious Intellectual Property matters, Ezra has extensive experience in representing clients before courts, administrative bodies, and regulatory authorities. She excels at managing IP Portfolios, advising on licensing agreements, and guiding clients through the enforcement and providing draft responses to Office Actions, as well as prosecution of patent applications from the pre-filing stage through to grant and protection of client’s intellectual property rights.

Ezra holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Krisnadwipayana and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Indonesia. Ezra is licensed advocate and a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). She is eligible to conduct legal practice in every city in Indonesia, and is professionally proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
