Millenni joined RMP Law Firm in 2022 and currently specializes in Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Corporate and Commercial transactions, among others. Her main focus is intellectual property protection and registration, intellectual property dispute resolution, corporate and contract law, as well as information technology, handling local and foreign clients, as well as multinational companies.
Millenni has been actively involved in projects of general corporate matters as well as contentious and non-contentious intellectual property. She is primarily handling protection of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, through registration and intellectual property agreements, assisting in advising clients on digital platform launches, sale and production of cyber-security software, telecommunication equipment, protection of Artificial Intelligence, as well as ensuring the safeguarding of local and foreign investment company establishment.
Millenni holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Pelita Harapan, and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Socio-Legal Studies at the University of Indonesia. She is a licensed advocate and a member of the Associations of Indonesian Advocates (PERADI). She is eligible to conduct legal practice in every city in Indonesia, and is professionally proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Assisting Yellow AI in ensuring compliance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law and in protecting its rights and liabilities in the launch of an AI-generated chatbot platform in Indonesia.
- Assisting Kaspersky in establishing its presence in Indonesia by launching cybersecurity software, including advising on rights, liabilities, and compliance with the PDP Law in relation to cloud-based software, telecommunication equipment, and websites.
- Assisting a major China-based telecommunication company in patent infringement actions against local distributors of two multinational telecommunication companies.
- Assisting DXC Technology in entering into complex commercial agreements with a multinational bank based in Indonesia.
- Assisting Yellow AI in cross-border debt recovery disputes against vendors based in Indonesia and Malaysia.
- Assisting DXC Technology in a dispute against a multinational bank in Indonesia involving intellectual property protection, invocation of bank guarantees, and advisory on potential civil or criminal actions.
- Assisting PT Super Bank Indonesia in managing its intellectual property portfolio and ensuring trademark protection.
- Assisting Tomoro Coffee Pte. Ltd. in establishing its presence in Indonesia and in securing trademark protection in Indonesia and other jurisdictions, including China, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea.
